About me
Hi! I am a third-year Ph.D. student in Statistics at Carnegie Mellon University. I am incredibly lucky to be advised by Kathryn Roeder and Jing Lei. I am also a Junior Research Affiliate at L’EMbeDS Department, Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa, where I have previously been an Honors student advised by Francesca Chiaromonte and Andrea Mina. I come from Torre de’ Roveri, a small and beautiful town on the foothills of the Orobie Mountains, Italy.
Updates
12/19/2025: I have recently attended CMStats 2025 in London, UK, with a talk on identification and estimation of functional average and conditional treatment effects, and ICSDS 2025 in Seville, Spain, with a talk on double fragility.
10/26/2025: I am helping organize the new L’EMbeDS Data Science Seminar Series ($DS^3$). This is a series of monthly online seminars on the methodology of data science and its applications. The first talk will be on 11/12/2025 by Luca Insolia from the University of Geneva. Subscribe to the mailing list to receive updates!
9/30/2025: Some new preprints are out! Check out what can go wrong with doubly-robust estimators, how to deal with missing outcomes in diff-in-diff designs, and how to perform tractable and almost efficient estimation and inference with non-monotone missing data.
5/20/2025: I have started working as a summer research scientist intern at Amazon in Bellevue, WA! I am very excited about this opportunity!
5/13/2025: A new preprint on doubly-robust estimation and inference in semi-supervised settings is out. Check it out here.
